I-S-C Facilities Management Value Model
The I-S-C FM Value Model is a blue-print for Value-Based Facilities Management. It provides a roadmap to get facilities practitioners started on a journey towards enabling FM to be value-added and a definite business advantage to organizations.
It consists of 3 core components:

FM identifies value through appreciating an organization’s need for facilities services and their impact on the organization’s business operations. Learn to take stock of the facilities services conditions.
2. Sustain Value – Overseeing Facilities Operations
FM sustains value through ensuring facilities services are operating at their peak performance through best practices and compliance with legal requirements and the organization’s policies and procedures.
3. Contribute Value – Initiating Facilities Improvements
FM Contributes value through intentional continual improvement in supporting the organization’s business operations.
