FM related organizations should send their staff for this course to understand FM better in a local context.

FM in Singapore is not very well   recognized and hence, FM managers top down should attend this course as its designed by FMers for FMers. There should be more publicity for this programme as many FMers are not aware of how it can supplement their already  obtained paper qualifications. Well worth the course fees invested.

Mr Herman Wong

I have learned and practice to present the condition survey report and it gives me a broader picture on the subject and how I can apply this knowledge on the building that I manage.

Mr. Ngoo M W
Facilities Management - KK Women's & Children's Hospital Pte Ltd

It’s likely that current practioners come from different work experiences and background. This course will drive this group to become a common discipline and develop a recognised institution that adds value to themselves and their chosen field of expertise.

Mr. Otto Tee
Director - Facilities, John Wiley & Sons Singapore Pte Ltd

Good facilities course compare with a similar ones I’ve attended. Good presentation.

Mr Azhar BIN BAHAROM
JTC Corporation

The condition survey is important as it is part and parcel of our FM Staff works.  FMS training on the foundation course with the condition survey are adequate for that level.

Mr. Heng Fook Yang
Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA)

The examples are real projects and the instructor is an experience practitioner as well as an academic. Even though most of the cases/examples discussed in the class are mostly related with Singapore, but I can somehow relate those with the situation in Jakarta, Indonesia – Ms Lenny Sunaryo
