I would like to say a big thank you to FMS for arranging this course for industry practitioner like us. It is a good platform to gain valuable FM knowledge and to achieve certification which can upgrade the profile of the industry as a whole.

First of all, I’m glad to inform you that I’ve completed the test for all four modules. Now I have to apply for my FMP credential.
Basically this program helped me a lot to understand the right approaches in handling facility management duties & functions. This course is a must have for facility practitioners who wants to excel in their career.

Chiek How is a great trainer! He inspired us with his experiences and shared with us useful tips in FM. The case studies and templates use in cost-optimization is relevant to our FM organization and I am sure to apply it at my workplace. Overall, an enjoyable learning experience.

I have implemented weekly inspection of the equipment and fittings at the dormitory units and common areas and the technicians and his workers have started to carry out preventive maintenance work – in addition to the corrective maintenance work requested by the residents.  The knowledge gained from the CFP Program on is useful for my maintenance management work.

The course benefits the individual by equipping him/her with greater professionalism and competency to perform his/her work better, especially in the more critical roles FMs must play. These areas may not be immediately obvious to the organization, as some changes may take time to manifest, but from a trainee’s point of view, we are able to see the potential of this course and how it can bring facilities management up another level, be it individually as a professional, corporately in our organizations, and generally as a whole. I highly recommend these courses for all FM’s and non-FM’s who want to understand FM better, to attend.
