I am taking this opportunity to share that Competent Facilities Practitioner Program has been an interesting course that I have attended. The trainers was not only knowledgeable and informative, they had the real world experience to understand our needs and the ability to bring solutions to light in an easy-to-understand manner which can be applied daily in my facility. All trainers were really engaging that had everyone’s full attention the whole time and made us feel really comfortable. The group activities and interactions made it so much fun and found it helpful in my job role.

Overall I am very pleased with the content and presentation of the program. A must attend program for those that are interested in this field.
