This statement is very relevant to the practice of FM, especially the works entail numerous routine and non-routine works, managing users’ request, potential projects as initiators to align with organization’s plans and objectives.
Practically, we have limited span of capability to perform the works. Just so that we do the works well, we need to prioritize them and manage them to successful completion.
